Return / Refund Policy

RETURNS: . If you are not satisfied with the goods you must inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, and return within 10 days of receipt. We will arrange a full refund or exchange for the item or items however we do not refund any postage costs. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and it is recommended that you obtain proof of postage or recorded delivery is obtained. Please bear in mind that if the goods you are returning value is above £36GBP it is not covered by Royal Mail unless the correct method of return is used your local post office would advise you of the most secure method in this event.
